Because of the previous experiences, I decided to ship the grafted plants via Express Mail Service. In this way, the parcel will take 5-8 days to arrive the destination, and it will be better for plants. If you are interested in winning this auction, please read this document carefully because the shipping fee sometimes will be higher than plants. If you accept this, you can bid on the auction. If you have some questions on shipping fees, please e-mail us before bidding. I will answer your questions as soon as possible. Thank you! Below is the EMS price lists in Taiwan:

1.When you receive the grafted plants, open the plastic bag and pick them up
2.Please put them in a cool place for one day and spray the fungicide one time if it is convenient for you. 3.After one day, you can plant those grafts and also put them under black woven shade cloth (about 50% sunlight), don't water very much.When they grow leaves, you can remove them in the normal place (100% sunlight) and increase the water.

The steps to ship the grafts and seeds:
First, I will apply the quarantine certificate(If you buy less than 50 grafted plants, quarantine certificate is free). Before shipping them, I will spray the insecticide and fungicide on plants, and then pack them with quarantine certificate and invoice are contained which values less than USD 100. In normal, the parcel takes 5-8 days to reach the destination .If you hasn't received the parcel as the estimated day, it should be caused by different rules of each custom department.You can use the number on EMS to track the parcel and know where the parcel is. If you got the information that your grafted plants or seeds are confiscated because of some reasons, please ask the customs the reasons. I will improve the shipping ways to make sure that every customer can receive the parcel successfully. In other way, I will ship the grafted plants or seeds to you as soon as possible. Of course, you can also choose to refund money. I will ship the grafted plants and seeds four days after the end of the auction. I will put them on my website to let my customers to track their parcel. If you have any questions after you win the auctions, please mail us first. I will try my best to serve you. Because of the different languages, please give me more time to describe the details. Thanks for your assist.

It is a normal condition when you receive the grafts with dry and soft on the top.
They become dehydration during delivery. You only need to pick them out, spray some fungicide or water, and put them under the ventilating place indoor. Please don't pot them and wait for a day, then the plants will recovery. After potting them next time, you can also spray some water.
You can also cover all of them with the transparent plastic bags in cold winter days.
If you feel the grafts are very dry, you can water them little. When you think the grafts can grow successfully, you can take the plastic bags off.
