Our prices will be varied with quantity and size, so we will offer the quotation individually. Therefore, please let us know the size and quantity you are interested. And make sure you have complete company and contact information. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We provide each order with a CITES (Convention of International Trade of Endangered Species) Permit and a Phytosanitary Certificate. Overseas customers must supply the necessary documents and Import Permit in accordance with government regulations. Consult your country's Agricultural Authorities.

Substitutions are not made without your consent. In cases where an item is out of stock and substitutions are authorized, we will select plants with approximately the same or greater value, size and expectancy.

All plants are sent bared root, unless special inquiry is informed. With our high standard of packing ensures your plants will arrive in excellent condition. All plants are labeled to the best of our knowledge. We make every effort possible to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Plants will be arranged within 20 days after confirm the receipt of your payment. All plants will be shipped by Air Cargo or by EMS ( Express Mail Service). Please advise preferred method of shipping such as routing, port of entry and another special require.

We guarantee that each order we ship is top quality, is in prime condition , packed properly and will reach you in good, live , growing condition. In case of any damage happened while transportation, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of shipment.
